RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, the color's wrong, etc., please contact me @ ForeverVogue@aol.com immediately upon receiving the package, letting me know you are returning it. Please return the item(s) within 2 days of receiving the item(s). I will immediately refund the original amount once I receive it in the same condition as it was sent. Shipping & insuring the return of the item(s) is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed for late returns.
I welcome all questions you may have regarding a piece you are interested in. Please understand that items are always subject to prior sale. Due to time constraints, I often will not include some info that someone may need (like maybe the width of the largest glass cabochon on a bracelet or necklace; or is the color of the cabochon more like a salmon color??
